Mr. Ojas Gupta

CEO, RATYM Foundation for Cultural and Social Development

Cultural and Social Development Ojas Gupta is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication at Delhi Metropolitan Education. As the CEO of RATYM Foundation, he leads with a strong vision to empower youth through performing arts, cultural exchange, education, and social development initiatives. Passionate about theatre and acting, Ojas combines his creative pursuits with a deep commitment to social change. Under his leadership, the foundation works to promote grassroots talent, support emerging artists, and engage communities through meaningful cultural projects and awareness campaigns. With a dynamic background in media studies and performing arts, Ojas aims to bridge the gap between creativity and social impact nurturing a generation of empowered, expressive, and socially responsible individuals.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Gupta

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Gupta, a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over 29 years of industry experience, brings a unique blend of technical excellence and visionary leadership to the RATYM Foundation. A 1995 diploma graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Moradabad, he has spent decades innovating in the plastic moulding technology space and has led collaborations with global organizations including Milacron India and Larsen Toubro. As the Director of E Machines Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Gupta has consistently championed modernization, energy efficiency, and customer-centric solutions in industrial technology. His entrepreneurial journey, including joint ventures with Japanese firms, reflects a deep commitment to global standards, innovation, and sustainable growth.
